I'm a bit late on the Gamon/Sage shower-sex scene and I have to say, I am not upset. Not one little bit.
Think about this:
would you rather Damon to wait for Elena being all pathetic, brooding and just standing in the back without something interesting
OR
would you rather Damon to wait for Elena hooking up with other girls, having fun... aka being the Damon we knew in S1?

I don't care about Damon/Sage hook-up. It means nothing, and we all know it! I would rather that the he was in the shower with Elena, but it'll happen some day...The reason why the producers gave Damon a bathroom was so they could shoot as many scenes of him in the bath/shower as they could get away with. If he's gonna be naked in the bath/shower with every girl BUT Elena, then not only is it bordering on illogical (seeing as he loves her, and no-one else), its unfair! What about her?!! I had a dream about D&E... it was so weird...
I was watching a scene in which Elena was holding Damon's face (like in 3.09) and they were talking, I couldn't listen but it seemed like they were finally getting together, it was all really sweet & they kissed twice. But what I didn't think that really fit was the song... "I'll never Break Your Heart" by the BSB. I woke up and was like "Whaaa...?"

Okay Paleyfest. Besides Nian being super adorable here's what's said about DE (Btw, no ship questions were asked, so we got like nothing)

- There is a huge bonding moment for Damon and Elena (And Damon and Stefan) in episode 3x20

- There is a DE scene in 3x16 pretty early on (we get at least 2)

- Candice ships DE like mad. One of her favorite moments in S3 was 'Damon and Elena mackin' it'
