Some of the spoilers released have me thinking, and I wondered if it could go something like this: In the book, when Elena turns, she has more of Damon's blood in her system than Stefan's so she becomes loyal to Damon and believes she's inlove with him--something he chooses not to take advantage of, because he wants her feelings for him to be real. In promos it seems to be Stefan that returns but nothing of note of hospital in promos so happens after accident I'm guessing. Hoping to every god I know Damon returns for her. it's soo frustrating to see/listen other people say how the delena makeout in 3x19 was sleezy and trashy because they did it in a motel! it doesn't matter where they did it people all that mattered in that scene was that they finally gave in to all of their emotions. it shouldn't matter where it happened.
