Just re-watched the 2x22 kiss scene:') Oh jeez, I was near crying! I was always so focused and happy over the kiss that the rest of the scene kind of went by me. But now I finally realize just how beautiful the scene really is. The way she snuggles up against him, devastated that he is about to die and caressing his hand. I know for sure I wouldn't be able to handle any more hot & sexy tension scenes because I'll explode of sexyess and dissapointment at them not being together while I scream "WHY DON'T YOU GET TOGETHER ALREADY?!"

I feel like I'm the only one happy that Damon is backing off. Don't get me wrong guys I love DE, but I don't think Elena isn't ready to be with Damon, as much as she says that she is letting Stefan go she still loves him, the good old Stefan.
