I honestly do not get why 2x01 is out to be honest. I read the comments on the other pick, and I still don't get why you would pick one of the most DE influential episodes of S2. Do you honestly think if Damon hadn't snapped Jeremy's neck he would have understood proper grief and started to change and become a better person? Do you think we would have got the amazing angsty DE scenes after this episode if he hadn't snapped Jeremy's neck.

I just stand by what I said: I honestly don't see how you can love/like DE and not like that episode.
