My way of thinking is that she's always there anyway in Stefans bedroom or slinking out of it. Then she goes! With her living there, it gives Damon at some point different times to be with her and get closer to her and for her to be around him more helping her to acknowledge her feelings for him! So, if it gives us Delena time, it will be interesting! :)
